It was love at first bite when my wife served me Cheesecake for dessert for the first time. I was doubly surprised because I had expected the typical Swiss savory ‘Chäschüechli.’ Then, I was surprised again by the sweet, creamy, and delightful treat with its crunchy cake base. It immediately became my favorite dessert, and our family and friends embraced Cheesecake with equal enthusiasm.

Our love for Cheesecakes led us to try many varieties during our trip to New York, the birthplace of cream cheese. New York offered a huge variety of Cheesecakes, each more delectable than the last. Unable to find this variety in Switzerland, we made it our mission to introduce it in our homeland.
